Marvellous Eat Nakd Berry and Banana Muffins

Wallflower Girl Berry Muffins

Muffins are perfect for making in a big scrumptious batch and sharing with friends and family. This lovely recipe is super-tasty and easy to make, ready in just fifteen minutes and making 12 tasty treats.


  • 1.2 cups soya milk
  • 1/8 cup  of fruit syrup
  • 2 chopped bananas
  • 5 ml gluten free baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 100g of melted dairy free soya spread
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/8 cup  of mixed seeds such as pumpkin, linseed and sunflower seeds
  • Four Eat Nakd Berry Delight Bars chopped into bits
  • 150g blueberries
  • 275g of gluten/wheat free plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda


  1. Preheat your oven and get it to a toasty 375f
  2. Line a 12-holed muffin tray with paper muffin cases
  3. Grab your flour, baking powder, salt, xanthan gum, bicarbonate of soda, seeds and the Eat Nakd Berry Delight pieces
  4. Mash up the sliced bananas in a separate bowl and add the milk, melted spread and fruit syrup, giving everything a good mix
  5. Combine the wet and dry mixtures you just made and add the blueberries
  6. Add the mixture evenly across the paper cases and bake for around 15 minutes or until the tops are slightly brown and spring back when gently pressed
  7. Leave to cool and get stuck in!
